About Me,
I’m an ACA qualified counsellor who believes that even during life’s most difficult seasons, moments of light and hope can still be found.
My path into counselling began long before I formally studied it. Like many of the people who come to therapy, I have faced my own invisible battles and the emotional weight that can come with them. Those experiences shaped the way I work today, with empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for how complex life can be.

If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged or misunderstood. Therapy offers a place to slow down, reflect, and gently explore what you’re carrying.

Outside of my work as a counsellor, I’m also a mum who values the small things that help us reconnect with ourselves, quiet moments, good books, rest, and laughter. These simple moments of balance are something I encourage my clients to rediscover in their own lives too.
